Susanne Schneider, Founder

Susanne is an Executive Recruiter and talent partner to founder led, PE backed and other software, tech-enabled and advisory businesses. She recruits GTM, Finance, Operations leaders and Expert Advisors who can drive innovation, scale operations and create enterprise value.

Susanne brings a unique blend of operational insight and recruiting expertise to hire the right talent to create value. She is a former Partner recruiter at McKinsey and Deloitte with hands-on operating experience as a GTM leader for a VC backed B2B platform, where she led Sales and Marketing and worked with the Product team.

Susanne has a deep network of talent across consulting, tech and PE environments. For McKinsey and Deloitte, she recruited Partners and Advisors for the Software, Industrials and Healthcare practices and Experts in AI, embedded software, robotics, and security. For Sutherland, she led the global Executive Talent Acquisition team, hiring 100 Director+ leaders annually and scaling a new digital business.
