Susanne is an Executive Recruiter and talent strategist with experience recruiting Partners and Expert Advisors to McKinsey and Deloitte, and GTM leadership and client advisory experience with tech startups. Susanne brings a unique blend of operational insight and recruiting expertise to hire the right talent to drive growth and create enterprise value.
Susanne’s background spans consulting and advisory, financial services and tech, with a focus on B2B software, tech enabled platforms and services, and healthtech. For McKinsey and Deloitte, she recruited Partners and C-Suite Advisors with operational and tech expertise in AI, embedded software, robotics, data and security. For Sutherland, a founder led digital transformation and technology services company, Susanne led the global Executive Talent Acquisition team delivering 100 Director-level+ hires and scaling a new digital engineering business.
Earlier in her career, Susanne led GTM for a B2B online platform, driving revenue growth. In a fast-growing internet consulting firm and business incubator, she was a client-facing advisor and worked with user experience and tech implementation teams. Susanne received her bachelor’s degree from the University of Illinois and MBA from the University of Chicago.
